At Revel Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused gear in its original box, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
