What is the warranty policy on Revel carbon frames?
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all Revel carbon frames to the original owner, covering defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
How long does it take for my bike to ship?
Complete bikes typically ship within 5-7 business days as each one is custom-tuned and inspected by our mechanics before leaving the warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs and import duties vary by country and will be calculated during the checkout process.
Can I return a bike if it's not the right fit?
We accept returns on unridden bikes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do Revel bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 90% assembled in a custom box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and seatpost. We recommend a final safety check by a professional mechanic.
